Specifically, this module provides customizable reporting and analysis capabilities and contains all the functionality required to view, search, analyze and report on all data.

FocalTRACK provides a highly robust Task Management module that permits user to assign and monitor tasks. Manager of projects are provided access to all outstanding project tasks permitting them both a bird's eye view of the current status of all tasks plus a detailed view. Tasks are easily set-up and can contain e-mail reminders to ensure all are aware of their responsibility.

Delegate tasks to single or multiple recipients
Ability to revoke tasks
Save as draft

The Contact Management module provides the ability manage people and companies. Users can import contacts from Outlook or any CSV formatted table.
