In order to use the FocalTRACK site, you will need to enable Cookies and JavaScript on your Internet Explorer browser. It is also advisable to Allow Pop-Ups for the FocalTRACK.com site. The quickest way to meet these requirements is add www.focaltrack.com to your browser's trusted sites. This step eliminates the need to adjust your browser settings to enable JavaScript and cookies. You can do this by following the steps below:
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Navigate to http://www.focaltrack.com
- Go to Internet Explorer Tools menu, and then select Internet Options
- Select the Security Tab (1), then select the Trusted Sites (2). Next, move the security level bar to Low (3). The last step here is to select the Sites button (4).
- After selecting the the Sites button, unselect Require Server Verification (https) (1). Next add "www.focaltrack.com" to this zone (2) and click Add (3). Click on close, then OK (or Apply) and you are done.
Note: If you prefer, you can require Require Server Verification (https). If you select this option then you will receive a security notice as you move from http://www.focaltrack.com to the secure (https) FocalTRACK application.
