Organize and share and documents from a secure and centralized location.  Clients determine the folder structure to be used along with  who can see each folder or file.

Documents can be easily viewed online, download to the users computer, or viewed in a new window to maximize screen space.

By selecting the version tab, predetermined users will be able to view previous versions of documents, as well as see the date of each revision along with reasons for changes.

Users have the option of single file upload, multiple file upload (with drag and drop functionality).  They can also copy complete folder structures.  When uploading, users have the option of notifying other users so that are instantly notified of the new files.

FocalTrees allow you to rearrange all documents in FocalTRACK in various other groupings or categorizations.  The example below shows all documents arranged by year, month and the person who added the document.  Other possible groupings (FocalTrees) include documents grouped by location, project phase, client type, contract number, status, etc.  There is no limited on the number of FocalTrees you can have.

Set meeting dates and other appointments and invite other users.  E-mail notifications are sent upon appointment creation and reminders are can be automatically sent prior to the appointment date.

This optional Forms Management module allows client to create any type of form they want. Once created, the form can be made available to select users to fill out.  Clients can then generate real-time reports on the collected information.

Below is another example of a form that can be created with the optional Forms Management module. Our forms creation wizard makes the process quick and easy.  Our forms even allow linking to other files or forms.

Clients can easily create folders in order to add and view their custom forms.  These unique folders allow you to choose  the column headings from any of the form input fields, making it easier to find key forms by sorting on any column heading.
