Document Management & Control
Document Sharing Securely share documents with anyone you choose, from any location, at any time of the day.
Controlled Access Restrict access to documents and folders to specific users or groups. You can also grant privileges for users and groups such as list, read-only, add, edit, and full control.
Version Control Complete versioning of a documents with the ability to "rollback" to a previous version.
Familiar User Interface Familiar and easy-to-use. Users can log in and navigate folder structure with complete ease.
Search Includes options for basic and advanced searches, including full text search.
Custom Folder Structure Clients can establish any folder structure they wish.
Multiple File Upload Users have the option to upload single or multiple files including drag and drop options. Users can upload up to 100 MB at a time.
Multiple File Download Ability to download and compress multiple files into a single zip file.
Document History View reasons for each document revision.
Check-out/Check-in Check-out a document so that others cannot modify the document while it is checked-out.
Stale/Expiration Date The ability to set a date in which the document is no longer considered valid.
Fax-out Users can send documents  via fax from within FocalTRACK. Can also be set-up to receive faxes.
Optional Interface Users have option between two system interfaces - a "simplified view" that has a very clean look and feel and an "advanced view" for users that want more information displayed at one time.
Repository Manager Optional utility that permits clients to mass upload folder structures and files.
Add Website Addresses Ability to add linkable website address.
Document Archives Receive a CD or DVD backup of all folders and documents.
Metadata Grouping The ability to tag documents with system or user defined metadata elements. User can then generate alternate groupings of all documents based on metadata categories.

Form Management
Custom Forms Define any type of form you want to capture and track various types of information. Examples include: workplace or environmental safety, quality control, production, issue management, job reporting, employee reporting, asset management, change management, etc.
Custom Reports Define any type of form-based report you want.

Custom Header Create custom header and logo for each type of form template.
Version Control & History A new version is created each time a form record is updated, ensuring a complete history of the form record is maintained.

Collaboration and Workflow
Subscribe Once a user subscribes to a folder, document or form, an email notification is automatically sent whenever modifications are made or new documents/forms are added.
Notifications The ability to send email notifications to specific users or groups when documents or forms are added or updated.
Project Email Assign a project email account that allows the sending of email messages which are automatically retrieved by FocalTRACK.
Announcements Add announcements for all users.
Discussions Add and respond to private and public discussions. Users can optionally link discussions to any document or form.
Task Management Assign and monitor tasks as well as send reminders.
Team Email Send and receive email within FocalTRACK for centralization and management. All email can be duplicated to users e-external email.
Read Receipts Read receipts for files, forms, and messages.

Security All information is 128 bit SSL encrypted ensuring your information is never vulnerable when being sent to or from FocalTRACK.
Multilingual FocalTRACK is available in English, French, Chinese and Japanese. Language choice is set by the individual user.
Shared Calendar Users can create appointments and invite other users as well as set reminders.
Alternate Grouping The ability for users to generate multiple alternate folder structures for displaying and locating documents and forms. Grouping can be based on system or user defined metadata such as year and month, author, project or client defined grouping such as phase, contact number, status, location, etc.
System Reports Comprehensive system usage reports.
Contact Lists Private and public contact lists. Users can import existing lists.
Customizable Interface Users can make interface changes to the system to suit their needs.
