FocalTRACK has been designed to be very easy to use for all participants regardless of their existing skill set. In fact, many users don't require training. We do however recommend training for site administrators and key users. In addition, FocalTRACK offers support and training options which can be easily tailored to meet your organization's specific needs.
Training can be conducted through one of the following options.
- Web-Based Training and Support
Web-based training sessions are perfect for providing training for all project participants regardless of geography. The web-based training enables you to get your users productive quickly. Specific sessions are available for site administrators, standard users and executive users. These sessions allow your training sessions to be presented to you via the web.
- Onsite Training
Onsite training and implementation is available for the organization that would prefer to have a FocalTRACK professional onsite to assist in the training and/or implementation phase.
