Personal software firewalls such as Norton
and MacAfee can also block pop-ups and produce the same problem as Additional
Browser Toolbars by blocking specific FocalTRACK controls (such as date
selector). These personal firewalls can also be configured to allow pop-ups for
the FocalTRACK website (www.focalTRACK.com).
We recommend that browser toolbars (e.g.
Yahoo or Google toolbars) be tuned off or alternatively that the toolbar be
configured to disable the pop-up blocker for the FocalTRACK site. FocalTRACK
does not use any advertisements, but some application controls such as the
FocalTRACK date selector that will not work properly if a pop-up blocker is
activated. For more info check the Pop-up
Blockers page.
