Remember Me Option

What does "Remember Me" mean?

Many of our FocalTRACK users have asked for a way to reduce how frequently they're asked to sign-in to FocalTRACK. By checking this new box, you'll stay signed in for up to 2 weeks or until you sign out. You'll get easier access to all the FocalTRACK features even if you close your browser or shut down your computer.

If your close your browser window, close your browser tab (if any) or just type in a different URL to navigate to a different site, you are not actually signing out.

To sign out, you need to click the "Sign Out" icon (X shaped icon) at the top right of the FocalTRACK screen.

What is being “remembered”?

Both your username and password will be remembered.

What if I'm on a computer that I share with others?

If you're using a public computer or you share this computer with others, we recommend that you uncheck the "Remember Me" box.

This checkbox applies to this computer only. So, for example, you can stay signed in on your home computer, but maintain more frequent password protection on your work or school computer.

If you need to sign out, remember to click the "Sign Out" icon (X shaped icon) located at the top right of FocalTRACK when you're signed in.
